To which my response would be 'I bring my whole self with me to work every day. I bring my own perspective and my own personal experiences. Given that I bring my person and personality to work every day, I find it more impactful to get a little personal. I know... that can be as daunting as a 14,000 pound elephant giving you the side eye.
